Privacy policy

This policy explains how Georgina Laros Life Coaching ("I", "me") collects and uses your personal information when you use this website. I am the data controller for this information. Contact: georgie@georginalaros.co.uk.

What I collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if given), session preference and message.
• Free workbook form: your first name, email address and whether you would like occasional emails from me.
• Cookies (only if you accept): the Meta Pixel, which helps me measure visits and show relevant adverts on Facebook and Instagram.

How I use it

I use your enquiry details only to reply to you and arrange your discovery call. Workbook details are used to give you the workbook, and I will only send you occasional emails if you ticked the box to say yes. You can unsubscribe at any time. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your request, or steps taken at your request before entering into a coaching agreement. Advertising cookies are used only with your consent.

Who I share it with

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website. If you accept cookies, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives data about your visit. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. I never sell your information.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to coaching are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the coaching relationship and any legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used, by emailing georgie@georginalaros.co.uk. You can change your cookie choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
